- Fitness Center Features

The Camp MK Fitness Center features a full-sized basketball court as well as a variety of strength and cardio equipment. The two fitness rooms offer elliptical machines, treadmills, cycles, over 20 pieces of Nautilus equipment, free weights, Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment.
Individuals may check out softballs, soccer balls, basketballs and footballs for use from the front desk. - Fitness Center Policies

- Return weights to racks
- Do not drop weights
- Keep windows closed
- Muddy/dirty shoes are not authorized in the Fitness Center
- Dodgeball is not allowed in Fitness Center

Core intramural sports are available throughout the year and include:
- Soccer
- Flag Football
- Softball
- Fun Runs

- Outdoor Fitness Areas

Outdoor sports and fitness areas at Camp MK include grass baseball and football fields, along with a gravel track encircling the baseball field. A sand volleyball court and horseshoes are near the Community Center and popular on summer evenings. All are adjacent to the Fitness Center. Two pull-up stations are additionally available near the Fitness Center and baseball field. An approximate 2.5 mile running route is accessible within the perimeter of the installation's fence line.
